SSAW steel pipe is made of strip coil. After extrusion, the spiral seam steel pipe is welded by automatic double wire submerged arc welding.


The technological properties of SSAW steel pipe are as follows:
1. Bending properties. According to the 180 degree bending of the diameter of the front end, it is strengthened by the curved surface part and can not crack.
2. Reverse bending property. According to the requirements, the reverse bending performance test can be strengthened. The vertex diameter of bending test in reverse bending test is larger than the corresponding diameter. First, bend 45 degrees forward, 23 degrees backward and 23 degrees backward. After the reverse bending test, the surface bending part can not crack.
3. Surface quality. Cracks, scars and folds are allowed on the steel surface. The reinforced surface shall be allowed to bulge, but shall not exceed the height of the transverse rib, and the depth and height of defects on other steel surfaces shall not exceed the size of the allowable deviation part.
