However, when using steel pipe, the final speed is very fast and it is difficult to deal with both inside and outside. The main external corrosion of this problem is very important. The quality of external corrosion directly affects its service life. At present, the main external corrosion of steel pipes is to strengthen or enhance the hidden way of external corrosion of steel pipes, and promote cathodic protection in some areas. Hidden types of external corrosion are usually coatings, such as petroleum asphalt, epoxy coal tar, etc. Curing at low temperatures is not easy, but there are more problems in field welding, and chlorosulfonated polyethylene is used because most solvents are easy to pinhole and prevent breakdown damage, and some areas are no longer clear. Its cathodic protection has good anticorrosive effect, but due to the choice of sacrificial anode method, it is necessary to replace the anode regularly in future operation, increasing operation cost and operation.

In addition to the inner wall treatment, there are usually three ways to supply seamless steel pipes: anticorrosive coatings, resin mortar and cement mortar.  There are two problems in the three methods: the first is the bonding strength between the coating and the reinforcing steel bar, which has been mentioned before. Anticorrosive coatings and resin mortar require the appearance of steel pipe to complete rusting construction, but it is difficult to achieve. Therefore, the rusty part will form the future peeling layer, peeling corrosion and fouling source; second, most steel pipe welding site, after welding corrosion. It can only be done manually. Quality is not easy to control, in the case of small pipelines, because the staff can not enter the construction, so it is no longer corrosive. There will be hidden dangers in future welding. According to the analysis of many explosion accidents, the main type is welding corrosion, and the quality is not high.
