The electric resistance welded pipe automatic detection system can be equipped with a high-precision time-lapse marking module, a speed measuring device, a marking machine and a universal adjustable frame. The system has a synchronous alarm output function controlled by internal and external clocks, with high-precision marking and mark width control.


It is suitable for online or offline automatic detection of high-frequency electric resistance welded pipes of oil and gas casings, pipelines and urban pipe networks.


The applicable range is Φ219-610mm.
