1. Hot extrusion

2, hot piercing rolling method
Hot piercing and rolling is mainly based on vertical rolling and cross rolling. Vertical rolling is mainly limited to dynamic mandrel mill rolling, small frame limiting mandrel mill rolling, three-roll limiting mandrel mill rolling and floating mandrel rolling mill rolling. These methods are characterized by high production efficiency, low metal consumption, good product quality, advanced control systems, and increasingly widespread applications. The cross rolling method is also widely used in the production of small seamless steel tubes with small batches, multiple varieties, multiple specifications, high precision, low input, and short flow.


3, hot push expansion method
The inflation device is simple, low in cost, convenient in maintenance, economical and durable, and flexible in product specifications. If you need to prepare large diameter bends, etc., just add some accessories. It is suitable for the production of medium and thin wall thick and large diameter seamless steel tubes, and can also produce thick wall tubes that do not exceed the equipment capacity.
