2. The supplier must ensure that the delivery of the steel pipe meets the requirements of the corresponding product standard. The buyer has the right to inspect and inspect the product in accordance with the relevant product standards.
three. Seamless carbon steel pipes shall be submitted at the time of batch acceptance, and the rules approved by the group shall be consistent with the provisions of the corresponding product standards.
4. Carbon seamless steel pipe inspection items, sampling quantities, sampling locations and test methods shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding product standards. With the consent of the demand side, hot rolled seamless steel tubes can be sampled through the root array.
5. If the test result of carbon seamless steel pipe does not meet the product standard, the unqualified item shall be excluded, and double the number of samples shall be taken from the same batch of steel pipes for re-inspection of the project.



If the re-inspection result (including any one of the test requirements) is unqualified, it shall not be shipped.
The following test items are not qualified for initial inspection, and no re-examination is allowed:
A. White spots in low-fold tissues.
b. Microstructure.



6. The results of the re-inspection of the pipeline are unqualified (including the preliminary test results of the failure of the microstructure, and the re-inspection of the project is not allowed). The supplier may submit the inspection from the root; or re-heat treatment (reheat treatment no more than twice) to the latest batch of acceptance.
7. If the product standard does not stipulate, the chemical composition of the steel pipe smelting components shall be accepted.
