Epoxy powder coating has a long history of raw materials, has a history of more than 30 years, simple production method, low price, good performance, no pollution to the environment, long service life, is a good anti-corrosion coating. China Petroleum Construction Technology Research Institute has successfully developed epoxy powder anti-corrosion coatings for oil pipeline corrosion problems, filling the gap in domestic pipeline anti-corrosion powder coatings. The coating has excellent chemical resistance, good mechanical properties, high electrical insulation properties and good toughness. Corrosion test predicts the service life of the coating. The condition of the Chu State inside the coating is used for oil, gas and water pipes. The expected service life is up to L5 years. For the sewage and mixed water pipelines, the service life can reach 5 to 7 years. The construction method uses the most widely used static thermal spraying method in the pipeline industry. According to the reported data, the coating thickness requirements for epoxy powder coatings vary depending on the medium being transported. Living oil, gas, water, sewage and other pipelines containing certain corrosive media, the thickness of the anti-corrosion layer is the best. The static electricity is heated to the thickness of the coating. The thickness of the spray coating can reach 250~350/maximum thickness up to 500,~'N. Electrostatic powder coating is a surface-treated solid powder with a simple, easy-to-use equipment and process that is not limited by the size of the workpiece.


Internal surface heat resistant coating
The process is to mix the epoxy resin main agent and the epoxy resin curing agent on the surface of the steel pipe with a heat-resistant coating (about 5.5 meters per layer), and naturally dry for a period of time. The hot water exceeding 6 ° C or the hot air above 60 ° C enters. In the steel pipe, forced drying, the steel pipe coating is completed for more than three hours. The technology is mainly applied to the inner coating of the water pipeline and the hot water pipeline. The surface of the pipe wall is first treated, and then the compressor is used to pass the pressure or resistance of air or nitrogen with the two coaters on the pipe wall. The pressure is thermally coated to form a uniform coating. The paint must be 6 ° C or more more than warm water or 60 ° C. The high temperature resistance of forced drying and natural drying above hot air is significantly reduced.


Epoxy resin latex mortar lining
The epoxy resin latex cement mortar lining is first coated with epoxy cement water-based paint on the surface of the steel pipe to form a primer, and then lining is applied thereon. The material used was a latex cement mortar containing epoxy resin. Glue silica is added to the cement mortar. Cement waterborne coatings and cement mortars contain ionic latex (a hydrocarbon solvent containing 5 to 8 sugars). Steel pipe lining, in addition to sewage, water pipes, is also suitable for oil, gas and steam pipelines. In order to obtain a strong lining, the surface must be shot blasted before the pipe lining. The shot peening is divided into dry and wet methods. If neither method is used, it can also be used for pickling.
