Many excellent welding and production methods have been invented in the production process and use of spiral pipe, which greatly promotes the steady and rapid development of the industry, and also makes the industry develop optimally. Submerged arc welding (SAW) is a new welding method invented in 1940. It is the same manual welding or using slag to protect it as before, but it is not a slag electrode coating, but a design of smelting flux. The replaced wires, wire conveying devices, strips and wires are continuously sent out. The welding wire is continuously fed into a cavity of granular fusible flux, including ignition arc welding wire, base material and partial melting and evaporation flux. The arc burns stably in the cavity, so it is called submerged arc welding. The arc is buried inside the cavity. Flux funnel loading system is used by drug delivery through pipeline welding to the second kind of welding in front, using wire, because the wire can be continuously sent out; rod, we must burn the rod of welding head, then stop operation, and then change the electrode welding.
Compared with other welding methods, this welding method has great advantages, the first one is full automation; the second one is submerged arc welding, so its heat exchange and protection performance is relatively strong, and the welding quality is high; the third one is that because submerged arc welding is embedded in flux, it can use high current, and the welding efficiency is relatively high.
