Precision seamless steel pipes are forged or forged by traditional process furnace + ESR - > billet and rolling. The products are round rods, square plates and forgings. The post-production extrusion mode will have the following advantages:

The main ways to produce extrusion process are EAF + ESR - > forging or rolling alveolus - > induction heating - > extrusion - > annealing.


The difference between extrusion and forging is that:
1. The heating temperature of precision seamless extrusion is 30-60 C higher than that of forging.
2. Deformation, high speed (deformed steel only needs 2-4S).
3. Multi-step, high metal consumption.
