First, make reasonable choices. Precision and disordered die materials should be well chosen for the die with serious segregation of micro-deformed steel to carbide steel. The die should be reasonably cast and quenched and tempered by heat treatment. Solution heat treatment can not be carried out for large double refining and casting die steel. Reasonable selection of heating temperature and control of heating speed can slow and preheat the messy and precise die to reduce the uniform heating thermal deformation of the die.
Secondly, the correct operation of heat treatment process and reasonable heat treatment process are also effective ways to reduce the deformation of disorderly precision dies. Precision dies with disordered deformation causes are often disordered, but we only need to master the deformation rules, analyze the causes of attack, and choose methods to avoid abnormal deformation of dies can be reduced or controlled.
Third, the precision die should be pre-heat-treated in disorder to eliminate the residual stress during processing. Precision and disorderly die, under the conditions permitting, try to use low temperature vacuum heating process and hardening after quenching. On the premise of guaranteeing the hardness of the die, the pre-cooling, step cooling or quenching temperature quenching process should be adopted as far as possible.
Fourthly, the die planning description is reasonable, the thickness should not be too bad, the shape should be symmetrical, the deformation of large deformation die should master rules, reserve margins, and large, precision planning disorderly die can be used together. Pre-heat treatment, aging heat treatment, quenching and nitriding can be used to control the accuracy of some cluttered precision dies. When repairing defects such as blisters, blowhole and wear, small heat-affected patch repairing equipment such as cold welding is selected to prevent deformation during attack.
