The hydrostatic test is carried out by using the method of static characteristics of rock deformation measurement index.
Hydrostatic pressure test is a test. After the pressure vessel is manufactured, after the newly installed vessel 3 is used or entered, in order to test the macroscopic strength of the vessel (if there is a crack, if the deformation is too large) and seal the sealing points and welding, appropriate amount of water is added to the vessel.
Rock determination
In rock excavation, circular tunnel tests are carried out. One end of the test section of the test tunnel is partially enclosed with concrete pavement, and a high-pressure water pump is used to forcibly enter the test tunnel. Therefore, the rock deformation test caused by uniform water pressure on the rock surface of the test cave changes the radius or diameter of the underground again. Then, the relationship between pressure and deformation is used to calculate the deformation modulus and elastic resistance of the rock.
Measurement of pressure components
Pressure components are usually closed, which are 1.25 or 1.5 times the design pressure of injection pressure test water. The test is considered satisfactory when no leakage or leakage through the connecting surface of the cabinet or housing is observed within at least 30 minutes. Large thick-walled castings may require longer testing time.
