LSAW steel pipe quality inspection method, physical method is the most commonly used inspection method, physical examination is the use of physical phenomena to determine or check methods.
magnetic force
Magnetic flaw detection can only find the appearance and appearance defects of magnetic straight seam welded pipe, but the defects can only be quantitatively analyzed, and the nature and depth of the defects can only be estimated based on experience. Magnetic inspection is a defect of leakage of ferromagnetic longitudinal welded pipe by magnetic field magnetization. According to the different measurement methods of magnetic leakage, it can be divided into magnetic powder method, magnetic induction method and magnetic recording method, among which magnetic powder method is the most widely used.
Immersion test
Penetration test is to use some liquid permeability and other physical properties to detect and display defects, including color inspection and fluorescence detection. It can be used to observe the appearance defects of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials.
X-ray detection
Radiographic testing is to detect defects in testing methods by means of attenuation in the properties of materials and materials that can be penetrated by radiation. According to the different ray used in flaw detection, it can be divided into three kinds: X-ray detection, gamma-ray detection and high-energy ray detection. Because of its different shortcomings, each kind of ray detection can be divided into ionization method, fluorescent screen observation method, photography method and industrial television method. X-ray inspection is mainly used to check the internal cracks, impermeability, pore, slag and other defects of longitudinal weld.
Ultrasonic examination
Ultrasound can be used to inspect internal defects in metals and other homogeneous media because it reflects at the same interface. Ultrasound can detect any welding data, shortcomings of any part, and can find the direction of defects more sensitively, but the nature, shape and size of defects are more difficult to determine. Therefore, longitudinal welded pipes are often used for ultrasonic flaw detection and cooperation.
