Notes for Manufacturing API 5L Seamless Steel Tube Equipment
A. Oil stain marking: After the hydraulic testing machine passes through the steel pipe, it can prevent oil corrosion and mark according to the user's requirements.
B. Leveling milling: The original steel plate is flattened by anvil press, and then the two edges of the steel plate are milled by milling machine to achieve the required width, parallelism and groove.
C. Shear Forming: The steel plate in the production line forms a tube along the outer curling helix.
D. Butt welding: Seamless steel pipe equipment market adopts advanced double-sided submerged arc welding technology for pre-welding, welding and external welding. Welded steel pipes are cut into standard spacing using plasma rods.
E. Visual inspection: Some basic parameters are checked by professional and technical personnel.
F. Ultrasound Flaw Detection: Development of scrap steel on both sides of internal and external welds and 100% inspection of base metal.
G. X-ray inspection: 100% internal and external welding X-ray industrial television inspection, using image processing system to ensure detection sensitivity.
H. Pressure test: The steel pipe is tested one by one on a hydraulic testing machine to ensure that the steel pipe meets the required standard test pressure.
I. Chamfered flat head: Seamless steel tube equipment is processed and tested to meet the required groove size of pipe end (spiral welded pipe unit).
J. Final inspection: The straightener carries out ultrasonic and X-ray examination and magnetic powder test again to check whether there are welding problems and pipe end defects.
K. Decoiler Detection: Open the steel plate and enter the production line for the first full-plate ultrasonic detection.
