ASTM A179 cold-drawn seamless pipe is mainly used for metal structure facilities in various industries. It is mainly used to immerse steel parts in zinc solution melted at 440-460 C after rusting, so that the steel surface adheres to the zinc layer and plays an anti-corrosion role. This is an effective method of metal corrosion. The main characteristics of its use are as follows:

(4) Because zinc has good ductility, its alloy layer and steel base are attached to solid, so hot-rolled parts can be formed by cold rolling, rolling, stretching and bending without damaging the coating.
(5) Hot-dip galvanized steel structure, equivalent to annealing treatment, can effectively improve the mechanical properties of steel matrix, eliminate the forming welding stress of steel, and is conducive to the turning of steel structure.

(7) Pure zinc coating is the hottest zinc-plating layer in the zinc-plating layer. Its properties are basically close to pure zinc, and it has ductility, so it has sufficient flexibility.
