High precision cold-drawn steel pipe is a new high-tech energy-saving product. In recent years, using this technology to produce precision steel pipe has been widely used in domestic hydraulic, pneumatic cylinder, coal mine support (prop), oil pump pipe, Jack and other manufacturing fields. Precision cold-drawn steel pipes with high precision promote the use of steel, improve processing efficiency, save energy, reduce investment in hydraulic cylinders and cylinder processing equipment is important.
Cold drawing method: Comparing with the traditional cutting technology, the production of high precision cold drawing pipe-hydraulic cylinder has the following characteristics:
(1) High production efficiency: The traditional method of producing cylinders with diameter of 420 mm and length of 12 meters is 154 hours, and the cold drawing method only takes 4 minutes to produce.
(2) Real high speed: Boring of the boring head and play a guiding role in the cutting process, billet tube due to self-weight deviation, resulting in the deviation of the roller and boring tool, resulting in waste. The rate of authentic products can only reach about 60%, while the rate of authentic products can reach more than 95% in cold drawing production.
(3) High metal utilization rate: traditional boring cylinder manufacturing method, metal utilization rate is only 50-70%. By wire drawing, the metal can not only cut into iron, but also extend by 30%. The utilization rate of metal is up to 95%.
(4) Improving the mechanical properties of finished pipes: The plastic deformation of billet is more than 30% by wire drawing method, and the hardening and processing strength limit of finished pipes are greatly improved. Generally, the strength limit of finished pipe is increased by 60%.
The production process is as follows: feeding - appearance inspection - mechanical cleaning - mechanical cleaning - annealing - straightening - pipe processing - Pickling - neutralization - Cleaning - sizing - saponification - pulling - Inspection - cutting - honing - end processing - straightening - assembly - pressure testing - packaging
Application:
(1) Engineering hydraulic machinery: such as hydraulic crane, excavator, bulldozer, forklift, etc.
(2) Coal mine hydraulic support: At present, 48 companies produce underground hydraulic support, the total demand for high-precision cold-drawn pipe is about 1.2 million meters. *
(3) There will be a huge demand for gate hoists and formwork machines of hydropower stations, especially for the Three Gorges Project of the Yangtze River in the next ten years. *
(4) Construction machinery: The high-altitude operation of lifting machinery, generally building construction can not be separated from hydraulic machinery. *
(5) Petroleum Geological Pipe: More than 30,000 pumping units and oilfields consume 200-400,000 meters of high precision annually. This technology can also be used to refine various drill pipes. *
(6) Weapons industry: The military sector now uses spinning method to process guns. The spinning method has low productivity and high cost, and cold drawing method is more suitable for production. *
(7) Bearing industry: The rolling bearing rings produced at present are made of round steel, stamped and sliced. Large bearing seats will also be made of hollow rods, metal utilization rate is less than 40%, there is an urgent need for high precision, bearing steel thick-walled pipe.
(8) Automotive industry: In 1995, 6000 tons of precision pipes, 10000 tons of casing and various oil pipelines were used for transmission shafts. *
(9) Aviation industry: Aluminum alloy landing gear and thick-walled steel tube. *
(10) Jack Industry: China's Jack manufacturing industry has considerable strength and export prospects. At present, solid cylinder processing is adopted in the production of enterprises, with low production efficiency and high waste of materials. It is urgent to have high precision cold drawing pipe. *
(11) Other fields: various printing and dyeing rollers, drums with drums, stainless steel pipes, aluminium pipes, brass, profiled pipes and composite pipes can be used to produce this technology.
