High precision cold-drawn steel pipe is a new high-tech energy-saving product. In recent years, using this technology to produce precision steel pipe has been widely used in domestic hydraulic, pneumatic cylinder, coal mine support (prop), oil pump pipe, Jack and other manufacturing fields. Precision cold-drawn steel pipes with high precision promote the use of steel, improve processing efficiency, save energy, reduce investment in hydraulic cylinders and cylinder processing equipment is important.


Cold drawing method: Comparing with the traditional cutting technology, the production of high precision cold drawing pipe-hydraulic cylinder has the following characteristics:
(1) High production efficiency: The traditional production method is 420 mm in diameter, 154 hours for 12 meters long cylinder and 4 minutes for cold drawing.
(2) High real rate: Boring of the boring head plays a guiding role in the cutting process, and the slanting of the blank tube results in the deviation of the boring head and the boring tool, resulting in waste. The rate of authentic products can only reach about 60%, while the rate of authentic products can reach more than 95% by cold drawing.
(3) High metal utilization rate: traditional boring cylinder manufacturing method, metal utilization rate is only 50-70%. By drawing method, the metal can not only be cut into iron, but also be extended by 30%, and the utilization rate of metal can reach 95%.
(4) Improving the mechanical properties of finished metal pipes: By drawing method, more than 30% plastic deformation of the blank can be obtained. Because of the hardening and processing of finished metal pipes, the metal strength limit is greatly increased. Generally, the strength limit of finished pipe is increased by 60%. High precision cold-drawn pipe is a kind of seamless hot-rolled steel pipe. It is used for straight seam welded pipe of billet. After chemical treatment of special cold-drawn machine, high-precision pipe is drawn by special die design deformation. Its dimension accuracy is H10~H8, straightness is 0.35~0.5m m/m, and surface roughness is Ra1.6-0.4.


The production process is as follows: feeding - appearance inspection - mechanical cleaning - annealing - straightening - pipe processing - Pickling - neutralization - Cleaning - sizing - saponification - Stretching - Inspection - cutting foot - honing - end processing - straightening - assembling - testing pressure - packaging
