There are many ways to connect seamless carbon steel tubes. Now, several common methods are listed.
A, compression type; b, real-time connection; c, compression; d, push; e, tapered thread; f, socket welding; g, live flange connection; h, traditional combination of welding and welding and derivative series connection.


Different connection modes have different application fields due to their different production principles, but in general, they have one common feature: easy installation, firm and reliable.


Here are some simple connections:
1. Compression: Insert the pipe into the fittings, fasten it with nuts, compress the casing through the sealing ring with spiral force, seal the pipe, and complete the connection.
2. Welding type: The pipe end is machined with inclined surface, and the pipe ring is welded manually or automatically.
Flanges: Flanges and pipes are used for TIG welding. Fast clamps or bolts are used to tighten the sealing effect of flanges and complete pipe connection.
4. Pressure: The pipe enters the pipe fittings with special installation tools to the wall pressure hexagonal pipe, and the internal seal also transforms into a hexagonal shape.
5. Taper thread type: It is used for TIG welding of external threads and pipelines, internal threaded pipe joints to connect the sealing effect of taper threads to complete pipeline connection.
