ERW pipe technology in welding machine is used to realize high frequency welding of electromechanical system. High frequency welding equipment is composed of high frequency welding machine and pipe forming machine. The high frequency welding machine is generally composed of high frequency generator and feed device. Its function is to generate high frequency current and control it. The forming machine obtains high frequency current by extruding the roller rack. The molten part of the extrusion eliminates the oxide layer and impurities on the steel surface, and makes the steel plate completely melt into one.

In the past, using high frequency welded pipe unit is three loops: high frequency generator unit; solid state inverter; electronic high frequency oscillator, and later basically improved to a single loop. There are many ways to adjust the output power of high frequency oscillator, such as autotransformer, reactance method, thyristor method, etc.
Feeding device
This is used to send high frequency current to the tube, including electrode contacts, inductors and resistors. In contact welding, wear-resistant copper-tungsten electrode contacts are generally used, and induction welding is used for copper induction rings. The main component of the resistor is the magnetic core. Its function is to increase the inductance on the surface of the tube so as to reduce the invalid current and improve the welding speed. The impedance of ferrite core requires Curie temperature not less than 310 C. Curie temperature is an important index of core. The higher Curie temperature is, the closer the weld is, the higher the welding efficiency is.
