Requirements for galvanized insulating steel pipes in construction:
1. Galvanized insulating steel pipes are used for long-distance transportation of natural gas and natural gas and high-pressure pipelines.
2. Galvanizing to protect corrosion. In long-distance transportation, polar protection test stations are generally located in tens of kilometers to 100 kilometers. The instrument in the workstation generates cathode electrons to fill the pipeline, and the galvanized surface is conducive to conductive rusting. The pipe is charged evenly.
3. In order to prevent the loss of cathode electrons in the pipeline, galvanized pipes are filled with tannin (mixture of asphalt and quartz powder) and kraft paper, second oil two paper or three oil three paper before installation. After head welding, it should be treated equally. Insulation resistance should be no less than 0.5Mn, and check whether the pipeline is perforated by low voltage 380V/220V.
4. On the side of gas pipeline, the ground strip of ground galvanized pipeline with a distance of 50 cm and a distance of tens of meters should be embedded in the same groove, and galvanized iron strip should be introduced into the test station.
5. If gas or natural gas leaks under pressure and penetrates the insulating layer, electrons enter the land, return to the ground area and enter the detection instrument, and immediately reflect from the instrument. Leakage distances and locations of pipeline failures can be organized to repair manpower.
