The main equipment of high frequency resistance welded steel pipe production line is as follows:
1. Decoiler
Remove hot rolled strip and send it to strip straightener. It can be divided into two types: unfolding and unfolding. The uncoiler is the front-end equipment of the production line of high frequency welded pipe production line.


2. Strap Leveling Machine

3. Shear butt welder

4. Storage material recycling
In order to meet the continuous production of high frequency welded pipe unit, a looper storage device must be installed before the lead-end shearing butt welding station, so that the strip can be deployed when strip is unloaded, and the preparation for butt welding has been completed. The pre-stored strips are continuously conveyed to ensure the continuous operation of the high frequency welded pipe production line.


5. Horizontal loopers
Horizontal spiral elbow is suitable for 0.4-16mm strip thickness range, and for high frequency welded pipe production specifications 14-610mm. Horizontal bending needle is mainly composed of inlet guiding device, charging and transmission system, inner and outer roller cage, central roller subsystem and outlet guiding device. The main advantages are filling at any time, small strip deformation and convenient maintenance. 6. Disc scissors
Cut and trim strips on both sides to meet the strip width and straightness requirements of high frequency welded pipe unit forming machine. 7. Milling Machine for High Frequency Welded Pipe Production Line

8. Molding Machine
It can be divided into spiral forming machine and straight welded pipe forming machine. Spiral forming machine can be divided into two types: external control type and internal control type. Straight seam welded pipe forming machine is divided into straight seam welding, rolling and submerged arc welding. The forming machine is an important part of high frequency welded pipe production line.


9. Welded pipe die
Welded pipe die is the main model of high frequency welded pipe production line and cold-formed steel production line, and is the main consuming component.  According to the manufacturing method, the types of die are divided into casting die and forging die. According to the processing method, they are divided into integral die roll and combined die. Its quality directly affects the quality, output and cost of the product. A good die should include three aspects: 1. According to the deformation law of strip material, the design of die hole ensures the quality of welded pipe; 2. The die material must have high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance and toughness to ensure its longer service life; 3. According to the product performance, the corresponding die material, manufacturing method and manufacturing process should be selected to realize practicability and economy.  Economy.


10. High Frequency Welding Equipment
Using the skin effect and proximity effect of high frequency current, the metal of the welded pipe can be heated to the melting state quickly, and the welding can be realized by extrusion. High frequency welding usually uses 300-450KHZ current frequency range and 100-1000KW power. At present, the use of solid-state high frequency welding machine is advocated.
