First: Why do we keep seamless steel tubes?

1. Pipeline Rust Removal
Before using primer, grease, dust, rust and iron oxide should be cleaned on the surface of pipeline. The quality standard of sand blasting rust removal is Sa2.5.


2. After the surface of the pipeline is rusted, primer is applied, and the time interval is not more than 8 hours. When using primer, the bottom should be dry. The primer is uniformly and satisfactorily coated and must be free of clots or bubbles. The end of the tube should not be coated in the range of 150 to 250 mm.


3. After the primer is dried, coat it with paint and wrap it with glass cloth. The time between the primer and the first coating should not exceed 24 hours.
