The whole ASSEL seamless pipe rolling line is a cross rolling mill. It is suitable for the production of medium and thick wall high precision steel pipe. It can produce all kinds of alloy pipes, bearing steel and carbon pipes. The product structure is reasonable. The modern Assel device is equipped with a new type of hydraulic quick-opening device, which effectively solves the problem of the tail triangle and improves the product output. The equipment structure of Assel device has been greatly improved, which greatly reduces the time required to change specifications and makes it easy for users to organize small batch production and multi-specifications production. Combining with the limited mandrel technology, the product quality can be further improved. In 2003, Taiyuan Heavy Industries designed and manufactured the first 159mm Assel mill with independent intellectual property rights in China. In recent years, it has designed and manufactured 159mm, 273mm and 325mm ASSEL cells.
