Each batch of seamless steel pipes delivered shall be accompanied by a rolling mill test certificate certifying that the seamless steel pipes meet the requirements of the order contract and product standards.


The mill test certificate shall be sealed by the technical supervision department of the manufacturer or the designated person in charge.


The rolling mill test certificate shall include the name of the manufacturer, the name of the buyer, the contract number, the product standard number and the grade of the steel. Furnace number, batch number, delivery status, quality, root number (or number of parts), variety name, specification and quality grade, various inspection results specified in product standards (including reference indicators), marked by the technical quality supervision department, the date indicated by the quality certificate or the date of delivery.
