Requirements for Seamless Tube Mill Certificate
1. Each batch of seamless pipes delivered shall be accompanied by a quality certificate certifying that the batch of pipes meets the requirements of the order contract and product standards.


2. The quality certificate shall be sealed by the quality supervision department of the manufacturer or the designated person in charge.


3. The factory certificate shall include the following contents:
(a) The name of the manufacturer;
B) The name of the buyer;
C) Contract number;
D) Product standard number;
E) Grade of steel;
F) Furnace number, batch number, delivery status, weight, number of units (or pieces);
G) Name, specification and quality level of varieties;
H) Test results specified in product standards (including reference performance indicators);
I) marked by the technical quality supervision department;
J) Quality certification bookmark date or delivery date.
