According to the method of making
It can be divided into seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe. Welded steel pipe is called straight seam steel pipe. Seamless steel pipes can be used in hydraulic and gas pipes in various industries. Welded pipes can be used in water pipes, gas pipes, heating pipes, electrical pipes, etc.
According to the use of steel pipe
1. Pipeline. Such as: water, gas pipeline, steam pipeline seamless pipeline, oil pipeline, oil and gas trunk pipeline. Agricultural irrigation faucet with pipes and sprinkler pipes.
2. Pipes for thermal equipment. Such as general boiler water pipes, superheated steam pipes, locomotive boiler superheated pipes, large smoke pipes, small smoke pipes, arch brick pipes and high temperature and high pressure boiler pipes.
3. Pipeline for machinery industry. For example, aviation structural pipe (circular tube, elliptical tube, flat elliptical tube), automobile semi-axle pipe, axle pipe, automobile tractor structural pipe, tractor oil cooler pipe, agricultural machinery square and rectangular pipe, transformer pipe, and bearing pipe, etc.
4. Petroleum geological drilling pipelines. Such as: oil drill pipe, oil drill pipe (square drill pipe and hexagonal drill pipe), drill pipe, oil pipeline, oil casing and various pipe joints, geological drill pipe (core pipe, casing, active drill pipe, drill hole, hoop and pin joint, etc.).
5. Pipes for chemical industry. Such as: petroleum cracking pipe, heat exchanger and pipeline of chemical equipment, stainless acid-resistant pipe, high pressure pipe for fertilizer, chemical medium pipeline.
6. Other departments use the tube. Such as: container tube (high pressure cylinder tube and ordinary container tube), instrument tube, case tube, injection needle and medical instrument tube.
According to the material of steel pipe
Steel pipes can be divided into carbon pipes, alloy pipes, stainless steel pipes and so on. Carbon pipes can be divided into ordinary carbon pipes and high quality carbon structural pipes. Alloy tube can be further divided into: low alloy tube, alloy structure tube, high alloy tube, high strength tube. Bearing pipes, heat and acid resistant stainless steel pipes, precision alloy (e.g. Kovar alloy) pipes and superalloy pipes
