The length of the spiral steel tube can not be fixed.
2. Thread protector should be used to protect both ends of spiral steel pipe if there are threaded fasteners. Apply lubricant or rust inhibitor to thread. The two ends of the spiral steel pipe are damaged, and nozzle protectors can be added at both ends as required.
3. Spiral steel tube packaging should be able to avoid loosening and damage during normal handling, transportation and storage.
4. If the customer requests that the spiral steel pipe will not be damaged by the bulge on the outer surface, the protection device between the spiral steel pipe can be considered. The protective device can use rubber, straw, fibre cloth, plastic, cap, etc.
5. Because of the wall thickness, thin-walled spiral steel tube can be used to support the inside of the pipeline or to protect the outside frame. The material of the bracket and the outer frame is made of steel, which is the same as that of the spiral steel tube.
6. If the buyer has special requirements for the packing materials and methods of spiral steel pipes, they should be specified in the contract; if not specified, the packing materials and methods shall be selected by the supplier.
7. Packaging materials shall comply with relevant regulations. If packaging materials are not required, they should be used for the intended purpose in order to avoid waste and environmental pollution.
The state stipulates that the spiral steel pipe should be packed in bulk. If the customer requests bundling, it can be considered appropriate, but the caliber must be between 159MM and 500MM. The binding materials are packed and fixed with steel strips. Each lane should be twisted into at least two strands and properly increased according to the diameter and weight of the spiral steel tube to prevent loosening.

9. If the spiral steel pipe is put into the container, cover the container with soft moisture-proof devices such as fabric or straw mat. In order to distribute the spiral steel pipe in the container, it can be welded outside the spiral steel pipe or welding protective bracket, etc.
