The advantage of Stainless Steel Pipe

Low friction coefficient
Compared with aging cement lining or corroded steel pipe, stainless steel maintains low hydraulic friction performance, which leads to lower hydraulic loss and lower pumping cost.
Corrosion protection
Stainless steel pipes in most places do not require coating or cathodic protection. Chromium-rich self-repairing oxide film can provide corrosion protection for stainless steel without any corrosion allowance. Corrosion resistant stainless steel is more resistant to corrosion caused by high flow rate and particulate matter than steel. They can handle high speed and turbulence (pumps) without wall thickness erosion.
Easy to make
Stainless steel has excellent ductility, can be formed and welded into light shape, conducive to the treatment and installation of pipelines. Stainless steel pipes are highly interchangeable and can be easily connected with other water pipe systems and materials through joints and accessories.
Length of long tube
Stainless steel pipes can be ordered 20 feet and 40 feet in length, or even 60 feet in length, with pipe diameters up to 16 inches. Ductile iron is only 20 feet long. For long stainless steel tubular columns, the number of joints is reduced, thus the cost is reduced.
