Pipelines shall not be directly stacked on the floor, steel or concrete surface. The first layer of steel pipe is not less than 0.20m away from the ground. In order to avoid dampness, dust and pollution of pipes, pipes (or bundles) should be placed in dusty and humid places, and both ends of pipes must be protected by plastic or paper bags to prevent dust from entering.
The rack or stacking layer should be arranged neatly and clearly marked. Pipeline shall be heated in quantity (batches), and various sizes and materials shall be placed in designated racks or stacked positions. The same rack or stacking position does not permit the storage of heat from steels of the same size, same type of material and different contours.
In order to prevent bending or surface damage of steel pipes, steel pipes (or bundles) should be placed at appropriate intervals on the same horizontal plane of sleepers to ensure alignment. For annealed brass, aluminium and similar hoses should be placed between isolation pillows, and at least two pillows per pillow should be placed in vertical pipes, up and down the front to ensure alignment. If the pipeline
If no feeder code (including code square stamp) is stacked, the wedge should be properly placed or other methods should be used to prevent the steel pipe from rolling.
After cold rolling, cold drawn or bright annealed steel pipes are not allowed to be stored in the open air. If there are storage conditions, open storage should be required, and appropriate preventive measures should be taken to avoid rain, snow, fog and other corrosive media and a large number of dust pollution pipelines.
