The steps of boiler pickling are as follows


First, start pickling, boiler economizer, filling inner barrel and softening water wall.


Then, the ignition operation of the boiler, when the temperature of the boiler rises to 170-180F, the boiler flame occurs, and then acid pickling operation is carried out. Before pickling, in addition to backfilling salt, superheaters are used until water spills into the drum to prevent acid or acid vapor from entering the superheater.


When the boiler is charged with acid, the boiler should not burn in any case. Drum and other exhaust holes should be opened to discharge hydrogen from acid and iron. Hydrogen has been dissipated to ensure that open fire or spark electrical equipment is avoided to prevent the danger of hydrogen explosion.


Finally, after acid filling is completed, the boiler and economizer are immersed in the solution for about 6 hours, then the acid is leached and washed with a softened water superheater. After acid discharge, operate boiler feed pump, capacity filling of boiler water economizer and water supply shutoff valve to prevent leakage.
