1. Compared with other traditional steel pipes, the supply of seamless steel pipes is lighter in materials, high in strength, good in tolerance, able to withstand high internal pressure, sensitive in production, and can be used in messy or harsh geological conditions.


However, during the use of steel pipes, there are problems of high end rate and main internal and external corrosion treatment. The main external corrosion problem is very important, and its external anti-corrosion quality directly affects its service life. At present, the corrosion of outer steel pipes mainly includes: concealed method, which requires strengthening or especially strengthening external corrosion of steel pipes, and promotes cathodic protection in some areas. The concealed external corrosion method is usually paint, such as petroleum asphalt, epoxy coal tar pitch, etc., which is not easy to cure at low temperatures, and has many problems in field welding construction. Originally, chlorosulfonated polyethylene was used, due to most solvents. Easy pinhole, anti-breakdown failure, no longer clear in some areas. The anti-corrosion effect of the cathodic protection is better, but due to the method of selecting the sacrificial anode, the anode must be periodically replaced in the future operation, thereby increasing the operation cost and the operation cost.


In addition to the inner wall treatment, seamless steel pipe supply usually has three ways: anti-corrosion coating, resin mortar, cement mortar. The three methods are two problems: one is the bond strength of the coating and the steel, and the cement mortar has been said before. Both the anti-corrosion coating and the resin mortar require the appearance of the steel pipe to complete the anti-rust construction, but it is difficult to achieve no rust. Therefore, the formation of the rust part is the source of peeling corrosion and dirt in the next few layers; the second is the welding site of most steel pipes, which is corroded after welding. Can only be performed manually. The quality is not easy to control, and, for pipes of smaller diameter, it is no longer a corrosion because the workers cannot enter the construction site. There will also be potential damage to the weld in the future. According to several explosion tube accident analysis, it is mainly the weld corrosion of low welding quality.
