(1) Carbon seamless steel pipes should be carefully installed before careful inspection to ensure the quality of pipes and pipes.

C. Check the quality of the external surface of pipes and fittings, and the wall thickness should conform to the national standards. Ellipticity is not allowed to exceed the specified range. No cracks, no shrinkage, no slag, no folding, no heavy skin, no trachoma, no pinholes, no more than local pit thickness, no protrusion and other quality problems, and no serious corrosion on the inner and outer surface of the pipe when the pipe and fittings qualified.


(2) When the surface of the pipeline is rusty and a few pipelines can not be used, the number of manual rusting is generally steel brush, steel cloth, abrasive cloth and other friction, to remove the rust on the surface of the pipeline, and then wipe or clean with dry cotton yarn, so that the surface of the pipeline shows metallic luster.


(3) When there is more rust on the surface of the pipeline, the number of pipelines is larger. Mechanical or sandblasting or pickling are usually used to remove rust. Sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid is usually used in pickling rust.


(4) The rust-proof paint on the surface of brushing pipes should be selected according to the design requirements. Commonly used red lead paint, epoxy paint and so on. The surface finish is generally a blending paint.


Before spraying, clean pipe surface to clean dust, dirt, burrs, oil and water. When brushing, it should be applied evenly and not leak out. The qualified standard of the coatings after brushing should be firm, no peeling, no wrinkling, no bubbles, no leakage coating, no damage and other defects.
