1. Compared with other traditional pipes, the supply of ASTM A53 seamless steel pipe has lighter raw materials, higher strength, good tolerance, can withstand high internal pressure, and is sensitive to production. It can be used in disorderly or harsh geological conditions.


2. However, there is a high speed in the use of steel pipes, which is mainly the trouble of internal and external corrosion treatment. The main external corrosion problem is very important, and its external anti-corrosion quality directly affects its service life. At present, the main external corrosion of steel pipes is hidden method, which requires strengthening or special strengthening of external corrosion of steel pipes, and promotes cathodic protection in some areas. Concealed external corrosion methods are usually paint, such as petroleum asphalt, epoxy coal tar asphalt, which is not easy to solidify at low temperature, and there are many doubts in the field welding construction, the original use of chlorosulfonated polyethylene, because most of the solvent, easy pinholes, breakdown failure, in some areas is no longer clear. As for cathodic protection, its anticorrosive effect is better, but due to the choice of sacrificial anode method, the anode must be replaced regularly in future operation, increasing operation cost and operation.


In addition to the inner wall treatment, seamless steel pipe supply usually adopts three ways: anticorrosive coating, resin mortar, cement mortar. There are two problems in the three methods: the first is the bond strength of coatings and steel, and the cement mortar has been mentioned before. The two methods of anticorrosive coating and resin mortar require the appearance of steel pipe to complete the anti-rust construction, but it is difficult to do so.
