Second, the perforation temperature, process adjustment can not be ignored. If the perforation temperature is low and the adjustment is not appropriate, the internal structure of the capillary will be torn.


Third, the final annealing temperature is appropriate. The heating temperature of perforation is 1180 - 1230 C, low, which is the temperature of carbon steel, and 1230 - 1250 is suitable. The furnace time usually exceeds 60 minutes.
