Irrigation pipe, PVC material. Using PVC resin powder as raw material, adding appropriate additives, the process of mixing, extrusion, sizing, cutting and expanding was studied.
Characteristics of irrigation pipeline:
1. Flow resistance is small, roughness is 0.008-0.009, water conveyance is 20% higher than cast iron pipe, and concrete pipe is 40%.
2. The tensile strength is high, and the tensile strength is not less than 45MPA at 23 C.
3. Good compression, 1/2 of the outer diameter of the pressure will not be destroyed, good mechanical properties.
4. Light weight, convenient transportation, PVC-U pipe only accounts for 1/5 of iron and steel cast iron, concrete 1/2, pipe weight roughly the same specifications, ductile iron pipe length 1/4, concrete 1/10 freight lower 1/2-1/3.
5. Pipeline is hygienic and non-toxic, no secondary pollution flow, no secondary pollution of water quality; irrigation pipeline under stable temperature and pressure, service life is not less than 50 years.
Pipeline is an important part of pipeline water supply irrigation system, and its investment proportion generally accounts for 70-80% of the total investment of the project, which directly affects the quality and cost of pipeline irrigation project.
Technical requirements for irrigation pipelines:
1. To withstand the design pressure of work. The allowable working pressure of the pipeline should be 1.5 times of the maximum normal working pressure of the pipeline. When the pipeline may have a large water hammer pressure, the allowable working pressure of the pipeline should not be less than the maximum pressure of the water hammer.
2. The wall should be uniform and the wall thickness error should not exceed 5%.
3. The radial deformation rate of buried pipelines under external loads such as agricultural machinery and vehicles is less than 5%.
4. It meets the requirements of transportation and construction and can withstand some local subsidence stresses.
5. Smooth wall, no cracks visible inside and outside, chemical corrosion resistance, anti-aging, service life in line with the design requirements.
6. Pipes and fittings are easy to connect. Connections should meet working pressure, bending, leak-proof, strength, stiffness and safety requirements.
7. Mobile pipes should be light, collision-resistant, friction-resistant, not easily punctured and aging-resistant.
