Ceramic low carbon steel pipe is the combination of ceramics and metal to form composite pipe. Ceramic tube combines the advantages of high hardness, good chemical inertia and steel. It has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and thermal shock resistance. Powdered coal, ash, slag, tailings, backfilling, coal, concentrator, coking plant coke particles, sintering plant material delivery life 15 times higher than ordinary steel pipe mechanical impact resistance, can also be used for liquid aluminium, corrosive medium transportation.


Properties of Ceramic Low Carbon Steel Pipe:
1. Wear resistance: ceramic content of ceramic composite pipe lining is more than 90%, microhardness HV1000-1800, it has high wear resistance, its wear resistance is ten times better than quenched carbon steel tungsten carbide drill bit.
2. Corrosion-resistant ceramics are a kind of neutral material with chemical stability, excellent corrosion resistance and acid resistance. The corrosion resistance of inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents and stainless steel is more than ten times.
3. Excellent heat resistance. The temperature is above 2000 and can work in the range of - 50 900 for a long time.
4. Easy to weld: Ceramic low carbon steel pipe can be welded to achieve the purpose of connecting the outer pipe.
