The packaging requirements of seamless steel tubes are basically divided into two categories: one is the ordinary type of bundling, the other is similar containers with overturning boxes.


1. Seamless tube binding
One. Steel pipes should be avoided in the process of binding and transportation, and the binding marks should be uniform.
The same bundle of steel pipes in Bay shall be of the same specification steel number (batch number), steel grades and steel pipes. No bundling in mixing furnace (batch number). If there is less than one bundle, it should be bundled into small bundles.
C. The weight of each bundle should not exceed 50 kg. According to the user's consent, the beam weight can be increased, but the maximum weight can not exceed 80 kg.
D. For flat end steel tube bundles, one end should be aligned, and the end of the aligned end should be less than 20 mm. The length difference of each bundle is less than 10 mm, but the length difference of each bundle is less than 10 mm. The steel pipe ordered according to the normal length is less than 5 mm, the longest bundle of steel pipes, and the second length is not more than 10 mm.


2. Seamless tube binding
The length of the steel tube is more than 6 m, each bundle of at least 8 belts is tied up, divided into three groups, marked as 3-2-3; the length of the steel tube is less than 6 m, each bundle of at least 5, divided into three groups, 2-1-2; the length of the steel tube is more than 3 m, each bundle of at least 3 belts, divided into three groups, made into 1-1-1.
